目的用降植烷(pristane)免疫Lewis大鼠诱导关节炎,建立类风湿关节炎(RA)动物模型。方法采用组织病理学和X线摄片的方法观察大鼠的发病程度和病理特点。结果大鼠关节炎发病率为62.5%,主要累及远端关节,关节炎症状呈慢性反复及进行性加重。关节X线摄片及病理显示关节滑膜增生、软骨组织及骨组织呈典型的关节炎病变。结论Pristane诱导关节炎()大鼠模型与人类PIARA发病及病理特点极为相似,是研究RA较理想的模型。
OBJECTIVE: To induce arthritis in Lewis rats by pristane immunization and establish animal model of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Histopathology and X-ray photography were used to observe the pathological changes and pathological features of rats. Results The incidence of arthritis in rats was 62.5%, mainly involving the distal joint. The symptoms of arthritis were chronic and progressive. Joint X-ray and pathology showed synovial hyperplasia, cartilage and bone tissue showed a typical arthritis. Conclusions Pristane induced arthritis rat model is very similar to the pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of human PIARA and is an ideal model for the study of RA.
