1992年到1993年,我厂遇到前所未有的困难,为了服从开发,开放浦东的重大市政工程——建造杨浦大桥的这一大局,全厂有两个主要车间被迫“退役”,钢材生产能力减少近30万吨.在困难面前,我们抓庄机遇,深化改革,苦练内功,加快转换经营机制的步伐,坚持一手抓改革、一手抓生产经营和还建工作,从改革中寻出路,从市场中找机遇,从管理中要效益,提高了企业在市场中的应变能力和竞争能力,不仅战胜了巨大困难,而且企业取得前所未有的成绩。回顾近年来,我厂在改革、管理、效益和精神文明建设所取得的成绩,我们有以下几方面的收获。
