二点螟Chilo infuscatellus snellen越冬代群体蛹有效积温及其应用

本文应用协方差分析法,分析了二点螟越冬代群体蛹的有效积温和发育起点温度,结果是:田间越冬代始盛群体蛹的有效积温和发育起点温度,镇海和温岭两地间无显著差异;田间越冬代高峰群体蛹的有效积温和发育起点温度,镇海和温岭两地间亦无显著差异。田间两群体蛹(即始盛蛹和高峰蛹)间的有效积温亦无显著差异;而发育起点温度却有极显著差异。得田间越冬代始盛和高峰两群体蛹的矫正回归方程(或称预测式): Yc(始)=11.06+124.33X,或Nc(始)=124.33/(Y-11.06) Yc(高)=11.66+124.33X,或Nc(高)=124.33/(Y-11.66) 上述二式,在镇海和温岭两地验证结果,准确性较好,可以在生产上应用。 In this paper, covariance analysis method was used to analyze the effective accumulated temperature and developmental threshold temperature of pupae overwintering population. The results showed that the effective accumulated temperature and developmental threshold temperature of pupae in the overwintering generation were no significant difference between Zhenhai and Wenling The effective accumulated temperature and developmental start temperature of pupae in winter overwintering generation field also showed no significant difference between Zhenhai and Wenling. There was no significant difference in effective accumulated temperature between the two groups of pupae (that is, the primordial pupae and the peak pupae), while the onset of developmental temperatures had extremely significant differences. Corrected regression equation (or predictive) of the pupae in both winter overwintering and peak populations was obtained: Yc = 11.06 + 124.33X or Nc = 124.33 / Y-11.06 Yc = 11.66 + 124.33X, or Nc (high) = 124.33 / (Y-11.66) The above two formulas verify the results in both Zhenhai and Wenling with good accuracy and can be applied in production.
