目的了解周口市碘盐居民食用情况,及时发现问题并采取相应的干预措施,为辖区内实现消除碘缺乏病县级目标考核工作提供科学依据。方法根据《河南省碘盐监测方案》,碘盐生产、批发企业每月按东、西、南、北、中5个方位抽取一批9份盐样检测含碘量;居民户碘盐监测,在每县(区)按东、西、南、北、中划分5个方位抽取9个乡(镇、街道办事处),每个乡(镇、街道办事处)抽取4个行政村(居委会),每个村(居委会)抽取8份盐样,每县(区)共采集288份盐样检测含碘量。结果居民层次非碘盐率0.72%、碘盐覆盖率99.27%、碘盐合格率98.40%、合格碘盐食用率97.67%。结论从碘盐生产、批发企业及居民户碘盐监测质量指标上看,周口市已实现全市消除碘缺乏病县级目标考核;一些偏远地区还存在一定的非碘盐冲击和不合格碘盐食用情况。
Objective To understand the consumption status of iodized salt residents in Zhoukou City, discover the problems in time and take corresponding intervention measures to provide a scientific basis for the county-level target assessment of eliminating iodine deficiency disease in its jurisdiction. Methods A batch of 9 salt samples were taken from five locations in east, west, south, north and north of China for the iodized salt production and wholesale enterprises to detect the iodine content. Conclusion From the perspective of quality indicators of iodized salt production, wholesale enterprises and household iodized salt monitoring, Zhoukou City has achieved the county’s goal of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency at county level.
