组合机床是由大量的通用部件和少量专用部件组成的工序集中的高效率专用机床。此设计是在充分理解组合机床的设计原理与步骤和吸收国内外先进技术的前提下进行的。被加工工件材料为42CrMo/GB3077,工件硬度为HB269-309,由此及被加工孔的位置,初步制定组合机床的方案,决定采用立式单面组合机床,由一面两销进行定位。由于被加工零件的生产批量大(年生产量690000件),所以工序的安排趋于分散,属于粗加工阶段,推荐切削用量为v1=15m/min,f=0.3mm/r,选择采用SECO刀具。最后为设计的关键点:三图一卡。即对被加工零件工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸图、机床生产率计算卡的绘制与计算。
