英模文化是中原文化的重要组成部分和特殊人文现象。中原英模生态环境展现出“以人为本、以国为重、以德为先”的厚重底蕴,见证了中原人文精神教化的悠久历史。中原英模文化独特的人文精神凝聚了特定历史时期人们的共同理想追求,具有“同心→同向”的人性启化价值、“自发→自觉”的心灵意向价值、“认知→认同”的精神激励价值、“共鸣→共进”的榜样驱动价值。英模群体的群体呈现和集聚效应,特别是新乡先进典型群体现象,是中原英模文化的当代典型叙事。
British mold culture is an important part of Central Plains culture and special human phenomenon. The Zhongyuan British model eco-environment shows “the people-oriented, with the country as the priority, with the virtue as the first”, which has witnessed the long history of the enlightenment of the humanistic spirit in the Central Plains. The unique humanistic spirit of the British model culture in the Central Plains embodies the common ideal pursuit of people in a given historical period. It has the value of humanistic initiation of “concentric → same direction”, the value of the mind intention of “spontaneous → conscious”, “cognition → Identity ”value of the spirit of motivation, “ resonance together ”model-driven value. The group presence and agglomeration effect of the British model group, especially the advanced typical group phenomenon in Xinxiang, is the contemporary typical narration of the British model culture in the Central Plains.
