多年来,国家高度重视中小学教师管理体制的发展,通过一系列法律、法规和政策,规范和指导了中小学教师的管理体制的建设,为教师实现自身价值创造了条件,也促进了教育的发展。但改革开放以来,我国教育发展的环境有了很大的变化,我国的中小学教师管理体制存在着许多不适应教育新环境的环节,在一定程度上制约了我国基础教育的发展。本文就中小学教师管理体制的改革提出自己的观点,以抛砖引玉。
