软式排球较之竞技排球而言,具有球重量轻、体积大、飞行速度较慢、不易挫伤手指等特点,因而适合于不同层次的人群,对于中学生而言更能提高其运动兴趣,易于普及。本文根据目前发展现状着重调查其在绵阳市各中学的开展现状,及发展前景做出论述、探讨软式排球在绵阳市中学生中的推广可行性并找出影响制约其发展的因素,对其进行论述。 Compared with competitive volleyball, soft volleyball has the characteristics of light weight, large volume, slow flight speed and difficult to contuse the finger, which is suitable for people of different levels. It is more suitable for middle school students and is easy to popularize .
