双孢蘑菇(A.Bisporus)是目前世界上栽培面积最多的食用菌之一,而我国的出口总量占世界生产总量的1/5。但目前我国的单产水平很低,上海地区也仅1斤/尺~2左右,为了进一步发展我国的蘑菇生产,提高单产水平,我们既要改革、完善栽培管理措施,创造最佳的生态条件,来满足蘑菇生产的需要。更重要的是要筛选、培育高产的菌株。根据1982年5月在福建省福州市召开的华东六省一市蘑菇协作组会议对蘑菇选育种的要求,我们进行了菌株对比试验。现将两年来的工作总结如下。一、材料和方法1.供试菌株:系双孢蘑菇,共15个菌株。各菌株的来源、形态及表现详见表1。2.培养料配比、堆
