目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗儿童下尿路结石的临床效果。方法对16例儿童下尿路结石患者采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗。结果15例在输尿管镜直视下1次操作成功,1例膀胱结石患者因尿道狭窄无法进镜而改开放手术,成功率80%。术后结石1～3d排净。无尿道狭窄等并发症。结论输尿管镜取石术是治疗儿童下尿路结石理想、安全、有效的方法之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of lower urinary tract stones in children. Methods 16 cases of children with lower urinary tract stones under ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy. Results 15 cases underwent one operation under the direct ureteroscopic operation, one case of bladder stones due to urethral stricture can not be changed into the open lens surgery, the success rate of 80%. Postoperative stones 1 ~ 3d row net. No urethral strictures and other complications. Conclusion Ureteroscopic lithotripsy is an ideal, safe and effective method for the treatment of lower urinary tract stones in children.
