班主任工作是学校工作的重中之重,班主任是班级工作的管理者,是学生学习生活的领路人,是学生的心灵世界关爱者。新课程标准的实施,突出了学生的主体地位,注重班主任工作在学校工作中的作用,强调班主任一定转变自己的角色,即由班级学生的管理者的角色转换为学生发展的指导者、合作者、促进者。班主任工作是学校德育工作的重要组成部分之一本文试就农村小学班主任工作的现状及对策进行了阐述。
Class teacher work is the top priority of school work, the class teacher is the manager of class work, is the leader of students’ learning life, is the student’s spiritual world caregivers. The implementation of the new curriculum standards, highlighting the dominant position of students, pay attention to the class teacher’s role in school work, emphasizing the class teacher must change their role, that is, by the role of class student managers into student development mentor, collaborators ,promoters. Class teacher work is one of the important parts of moral education in school. This paper describes the status quo and countermeasures of class teacher work in rural primary school.
