根据牛奶为快速消费品这一特性以及为了最大限度地节约能源,一个国家发展奶业应坚持就地产奶就地加工就地消费和奶业资源呈广泛合理分配与布局这一原则。基于这一原则精神,有条件的地方应发展和拥有自己的奶业。我国奶业的现状是北强南弱,这一状况随着南方各地奶业的发展会逐步得到改善。
According to the characteristics of milk as fast moving consumer goods and in order to maximize energy conservation, the development of dairy industry in a country should adhere to the principle of on-site consumption of local milk in-place processing and the rational and rational distribution and distribution of dairy resources.
