分析油菜花蕾中硫代葡萄糖甙进行早期预选方法,是法国油菜育种家Morice. J.于1974年提出的。蕾期预选,用选出含量低的单株进行自交、杂交或回交,并淘汰大量含量高的植株,可以缓和季节矛盾,减轻大田和室内工作量,利于油菜单株定向选择,利于夏繁加代,提高杂交或回交育种的预见性。氯化钯法原系西德哥根廷大学Dr. W. Thies博士首创,中油所改进后用于菜籽样的速测。我们在上法的基础上,对试剂的配制,样品烘干时间、温度、沸水加量,取样量等项试验条件以及适合测定的花蕾日龄进行多次试验,并对原已知硫甙含量的菜籽样和花蕾测定的显色范围,进行反复校正,提出以下方法。现介绍如下:
