一年来古井的成功做法: 白酒是夕阳产业,“从夕阳中托起一轮朝阳”,是古井人多年的夙愿。但是,如何以及依靠什么走一条低门槛低成本的扩张之路始终困扰着我们。自1996年完成了核心企业进行股份制规范化改造,古井贡B股和A股先后上市以来,安徽古井集团坚持股份运作和资本经营的发展方向,有效地运用内部管理型战略和外部交易型战略,“内外两条线”同的作战,成功地走出了一条依靠存量优化和增量带动而实现市场开拓和产业扩张的新路子。
The successful practice of Gujing over the past year: Liquor is a sunset industry. “Holding a sunburst from the setting sun” is a long-cherished wish of Gujing people for many years. However, how and where to rely on a low barrier to low-cost expansion has always plagued us. Since the completion of the reform of the standardized joint-stock system by the core companies in 1996, since the Gujinggong B shares and A shares have been listed on the market, the Anhui Gujing Group has persisted in the development direction of the stock operation and capital operation, effectively using the internal management strategy and the external transaction strategy.
