论述了T23钢开发背景和研发思路,综合阐述了其焊接性能和使用过程中组织性能的演变,以及在国内1 000 MW超超临界锅炉水冷壁中的应用现状。指出了焊接工艺质量的严格控制是锅炉水冷壁应用T23钢的重要保障。
The development background and research ideas of T23 steel are discussed. The welding performance and the evolution of microstructure and properties during use are expounded synthetically and the status quo of application in the domestic 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler water wall. It is pointed out that the strict control of welding process quality is an important guarantee for the application of T23 steel in boiler water wall.
