目的:探讨高血压合并心房纤颤患者的门诊治疗效果。方法:择取2016年1月至2017年1月我院门诊处收治的72例高血压合并心房纤颤患者进行研究,以就诊时间为依据将所选患者分为对照组与研究组,每组各36例,对照组患者行以阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗方法基础上加行缬沙坦治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行分析和比较。结果:治疗后两组患者的收缩压、舒张压均比治疗前明显降低,治疗后两组收缩压降低程度无显著差异,研究组舒张压降低程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的转复率高于对照组,转复时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对高血压合并心房纤颤患者行以阿托伐他汀联合缬沙坦治疗可取得良好效果,可以有效控制血压,缩短转复时间,临床价值显著。
Objective: To investigate the outpatient treatment of patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2017, 72 patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation were enrolled in our clinic. The patients were divided into control group and study group The patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin. The patients in the study group were treated with valsartan on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the reduction of systolic blood pressure after treatment. The reduction of diastolic blood pressure in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) The recovery rate of the post-study group was higher than that of the control group, and the recovery time was earlier than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of atorvastatin and valsartan can effectively control the blood pressure and shorten the recovery time in patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation. The clinical value is significant.
