对60例轻、中度高血压病患者及30例正常人的空腹血糖(PG),胰岛素浓度(INS),胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI),肾素活性(PRA),血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)和醛8酮浓度(ALDO)进行测定。结果表明:高血压病患者PG与INS升高,ISI下降,存在胰岛素抵抗;低肾素型高血压病患者醛甾酮相对增高;INS与ALDO正相关,ISI与ALDO负相关。
