煤炭部近年引进的日本MCLE350-DR6565型双滚筒采煤机是日本近年来发展的最新产品。该机牵引部传动系统中安装的液压盘式制动器体积小巧、经久耐用、制动效果良好,并采用自动补偿磨损量的装置。一、制动器的工作原理液压制动器的系统图如图1所示。整个制动器安装在减速装置的齿轮z_3轴上,两个制动油缸4对称地安装在制动圆盘5的两侧。牵引部处于工作状态时,液压系统的背压推动主油缸3内的活塞左移,制动油缸内油压释放,制动器处于松闸状态。一旦采煤机停止牵引,油路背压消失,蓄能器1的活塞在弹簧的作用下右移,推动主油缸3的活塞右移,使制动油缸内产生一定的油压,从而推动活塞使制动闸瓦压紧制动圆盘,达到紧闸制动的效果。
