On October 10, the Fourth National Congress of the Special Education Branch of the Chinese Society of Education and the special education academic exchange meeting in the Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan were held in Kaiying School, Minhang District, Shanghai. Over 100 leading and special education experts and scholars from State Education Commission, China Education Association and other relevant parties attended the meeting. Li Lianning, director of the Basic Education Department of the State Education Commission, and Qu Baigui, vice president of the China Education Society
