目的分析军医学员的心理特点;追踪分析军医学员在校期间的心理水平发展情况。方法应用大学生人格问卷(UPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),比较一年级军医学员相对于一年级其他专业学员的心理特点;比较在校不同年级军医学员心理水平的差异;并对一年级军医学员每隔半年进行追踪测试直到实习前。结果 1和其他专业学员相比,一年级军医学员的UPI总分、F1、TAI、N分高于护理学员,E分低于护理学员(Z=10.62,9.83,11.78,13.67和16.73,P<0.05);2和三年级军医学员相比,一年级军医学员F2、F5、F7得分较高(F=4.21,3.12和5.18,P<0.05);3在观察的2年中,一年级军医学员UPI、SCL-90分值逐渐下降(H=40.96和64.65,P<0.05)。结论在军医大学的各专业学员中,军医学员的心理水平并不高;在校学习期间,其心理水平不断得到提高,呈“阶梯”式上升。
Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics of military medical students, and to trace and analyze the psychological development of military medical students during their school years. Methods The college students’ Personality Questionnaire (UPI), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were used to compare the first-year MBAs with other first- Psychological characteristics of different levels of military medical students at different levels of psychological differences; and first-year medical students tracing test every six months until the internship. Results 1 Compared with other professional trainees, the first grade military medical students’ UPI score, F1, TAI, N score were higher than those of nursing students, and E score was lower than that of nursing students (Z = 10.62,9.83,11.78,13.67 and 16.73, P < 0.05) .2 The scores of F2, F5 and F7 of first-year military medical students were higher than that of third-year medical students (F = 4.21, 3.12 and 5.18, P <0.05) .3 In the 2 years of observation, The scores of UPI and SCL-90 gradually decreased (H = 40.96 and 64.65, P <0.05). Conclusion Among the various professional medical students at military medical university, the psychological level of military medical students is not high. During the period of studying in the university, the psychological level of the medical students is continuously improved and increased in a step-by-step manner.
