以安徽徽州地区古建筑木结构构件为研究对象,采用新型配制的联合防腐阻燃药剂,对试件进行常压浸渍处理和真空加压处理,研究了处理工艺对其载药量、阻燃性能、耐候性能的影响,结果表明:(1)经加压浸渍处理的试件载药量较常压浸渍处理方法载药量提高约为1.5~3.0倍;(2)经常压浸渍处理的试件阻燃性氧浓度值较未处理组提高约为5%,经加压浸渍处理的试件阻燃性氧浓度值较未处理组提高11%左右;(3)未处理组平均质量损失约为经常压浸渍处理的1.20倍,是加压浸渍处理的试件质量损失的4.02倍。真空加压浸渍较常压浸渍处理各项性能指标均有所提高。
Taking the ancient building timber structure components in Huizhou of Anhui Province as the research object, a new type of combined anti-corrosion and flame retardant agent was used to treat the samples under atmospheric pressure and vacuum pressure.
