港珠澳大桥青州航道桥结形撑的设计历程及质量要点

青州航道桥是港珠澳大桥项目中跨径最大的通航孔桥,为双塔空间双索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,桥跨布置为110m+236m+458m+236m+110m。主梁采用扁平流线型钢箱梁;斜拉索采用双索面扇形布置;桥塔采用横向H形框架结构,塔柱考虑造价等原因为钢筋混凝土构件,上联结系重要考虑景观原因采用“中国结”造型的钢结构上横梁(简称“结形撑”);下部结构采用现浇承台及塔身,预制墩身,大直径钢管复合群桩基础。 Qingzhou Channel Bridge is the largest span bridge in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project. It is a cable-stayed bridge with double cable plane double girder steel box girder. The bridge span is 110m + 236m + 458m + 236m + 110m. The main girder adopts the flat streamlined steel box girder; the inclined cable adopts the double cable plane fan-shaped arrangement; the bridge tower adopts the horizontal H-shaped frame structure; the tower column considers the reason of the cost and other reasons for the reinforced concrete member; “Shape of the steel structure on the beam (referred to as ” shaped support "); the lower part of the structure using pouring platform and the tower, prefabricated pier, large diameter steel composite group pile foundation.
