用堆焊工艺和5KW横流CO2激光器对报废辊道进行堆焊修复和激光表面合金化加工试验,得到了均匀、细化、碳化物高度弥散分布的金相组织,合金化层硬度可达HRC61~63,对工作面产生了显著的强化效果。试验表明,经激光合金化处理的辊道具有良好的表面硬度和耐磨性,并对原始组织缺陷有抑制作用。在辊道的制造中应用激光合金化技术,能延长辊道在线时间,对降低轧钢成本具有重要意义。
The surfacing welding repair and the laser surface alloying processing test of the waste roller are carried out with the surfacing technology and the 5KW cross-flow CO2 laser to obtain the uniform, refined and highly dispersed carbide distribution of the carbide. The hardness of the alloyed layer can reach HRC61 ~ 63, the work surface had a significant strengthening effect. Tests show that the laser alloying roller table has good surface hardness and wear resistance, and the original tissue defects inhibited. The application of laser alloying technology in the manufacture of roller tables can prolong the on-line time of the roller table and is of great significance for reducing the rolling cost.
