目的合理应用医疗照射手段与设备,防止滥用医用电离辐射导致的辐射危害。方法结合日常基层医疗机构放射诊疗管理工作经验,分析归纳县、乡基层医院存在的滥用医疗照射的问题及危害。结果基层医院存在的滥用医疗照射的原因主要有两方面:物理因素和社会因素。结论加强辐射安全知识的普及与提高,以保证合理应用电离辐射和医用辐射安全。
Objective To rationally apply medical irradiation means and equipment to prevent the radiation hazards caused by the abuse of medical ionizing radiation. Methods Based on the experience of radiotherapy and treatment management in routine primary care institutions, the author analyzed the problems and harm of abuse of medical exposure in county and township hospitals. Results There are two main reasons for the abuse of medical exposure in primary hospitals: physical and social factors. Conclusion The popularization and improvement of radiation safety knowledge should be strengthened so as to ensure the rational application of ionizing radiation and medical radiation safety.
