1993年凭借“发行业务”起家的上海新文化,2000年转型创作影视剧,实现了上海民营影视公司零的突破,2006年以《徽娘》打响了公司进军海外市场的第一炮。2010年改制成立上海新文化传媒集团股份有限公司,当年已达到每年制作200集以上的电视及栏目。上市后的新文化正在逐步构建一条完整的文化产业链,使文化经营走向产业化、集团化和规模化。
