为了在人大会议上提出高质量的议案建议,金颖颖代表每年都抽出时间,深入基层,通过在新华网、温州网上开设代表专栏等多种渠道方式广泛征求民意。作为浙江省惟一一位从事金融工作的全国人大代表,金颖颖还专门在全省范围内的金融系统、网点进行调研,征求群众对“一府两院”工作的意见和建议,捕捉当今社会热点和难点问题,为我国金融、经济建设发展建言献策。
