通过化学成分分析、硬度检验、金相组织检验和断口分析,对某电站T91钢焊接接头断裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于该焊接接头焊后热处理效果不良,导致焊缝热影响区力学性能未能通过焊后热处理得到改善,并最终发生脆性断裂失效。
Through the analysis of chemical composition, hardness test, metallographic examination and fracture analysis, the fracture failure reason of T91 steel welded joint of a power station was analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of the HAZ of the weld can not be improved by the post-weld heat treatment due to the poor effect of the post-weld heat treatment, and finally the brittle fracture failure occurs.
