造船生产过程中精度控制通常采用主动控制的方式,对各种影响因素进行深入研究,在误差产生之前采取合理的方式加以控制。随着加工精度提高、生产流程优化,焊接变形的控制成为造船精度控制的关键。通过以57500DWT散货船底部分段为研究对象,将焊接变形与焊接能量输入关系及板厚公式化,采用基于固有应力的等效载荷方法对船体分段的焊接变形量进行有限元分析与计算,对船体分段建造过程中焊接变形进行有效而准确的预测,为分段焊接补偿量的设定提供了有效依据,通过实测船舶长度X、宽度Y、高度Z三个方向均达到精度要求,为造船精度控制技术的广泛应用提供了有效途径和方法。

With the improvement of machining accuracy, optimization of production process and control of welding deformation, the key to shipbuilding accuracy control has become. By taking the 57500DWT bulk carrier as the research object, the relationship between welding deformation and welding energy input and the thickness formula are formulated. The equivalent load method based on inherent stress is used to analyze and calculate the welding deformation of hull section. The effective and accurate prediction of the welding deformation during the construction of the hull segment provides an effective basis for the setting of the segment welding compensation amount. The accuracy of the ship length X, the width Y and the height Z is achieved in three directions, The wide application of precision control technology provides an effective way and method.
