前言 3J22是我所生产的轴尖用合金,自一九八五年十一月以来,相继出现拉丝毛刺及轴尖表面黑白斑等质量问题。作为轴尖材料不仅要求有高的硬度(Hv≥750公斤/平方毫米),而且在YB670-73中明确规定“丝材表面应光洁,光洁度不低于△7”。但是由于上述质量问题的存在,不仅耗工、耗时,而且导致材料报废的经济损失达万元以上。为此,本文就毛刺及黑白斑的成团和消除进行了研究。
Foreword 3J22 is a shaft alloy produced by me. Since November 1985, there have been quality problems such as brushed burrs and black and white spots on the shaft surface. As the tip material not only requires a high hardness (Hv ≥ 750 kg / mm2), but also in the YB670-73 clearly states that “the wire surface should be smooth, smooth finish of not less than △ 7.” However, due to the existence of the above quality problems, not only labor-intensive and time-consuming, but also led to the economic loss of materials scrap more than million. To this end, this article on burr and black and white spots agglomeration and elimination were studied.
