一直以来长水平段水平井的钻井施工都具有较大的难度,滨435-1HF井是胜利油田开发超低渗滩坝砂油藏的第一口非常规长水平段水平开发井,该井完钻斜深5007.00m,自沙三上直至目的层沙四上纯下亚段含有多套泥岩、油泥岩,灰质或砂质泥岩小层,控制好三开裸眼井段多套泥岩层在长期的水平裸眼施工中保持井壁的稳定是该井成功完井的关键所在。本文通过钻具结构、钻头选型、井身轨迹控制、井眼净化、井壁稳定等方面介绍高含泥长水平段水平井的优快钻井技术在该井的成功应用情况。
