一、本实验以盐酸依米丁作对照,比较及观察其与亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌单用或合用对犬肺吸虫病的治疗效果。二、实验结果指出,除轮用组的一犬外,余犬皆不表现明显的疗效。盐酸依米丁能使肺吸虫虫卵变形,但不能根治该病;而亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌则无疗效。三、亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌能在玻器内有效地杀灭肺吸虫成虫,但加入血清后,可明显地减弱其作用。故推测其对犬肺吸虫病无效的原因,或由于该化合物和血浆中白蛋白结合的结果。四、亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌的毒性甚低,本实验投予数百倍于临床的药量,各犬并不表现中毒症状,仅因药液的浓度过高,在注射部位引起组织溃疡和坏死。
