中国已经展现出向全球科技界及商界学习的能力、有效参与全球合作的能力,以及让所学融入并适应中国的自身环境、开发新产品的能力。未来,中国在全球创新中的领导地位,取决于建立一套提升私人积极性的政策框架。创新的重要性有目共睹人们普遍认识到,创新是长期经济增长的关键推动力,尤其是当经济趋于成熟、低成本劳动力优势不再的时候。未来生产率以及生活品质和生活水平的突破性改善,皆有赖于创新。
China has shown its ability to learn from the global science and technology and business communities, its ability to effectively participate in global cooperation, and its ability to integrate into and adapt to China’s own environment and develop new products. In the future, China’s leadership in global innovation will depend on the establishment of a policy framework to enhance private initiative. The Importance of Innovation It is widely acknowledged that innovation is a key driver of long-term economic growth, especially as economies mature and low-cost labor advantages cease to exist. Future productivity and breakthrough improvements in quality of life and living standards depend on innovation.
