第一次参加全国两会的全国政协委员邬书林,拿出一份《关于制定实施国家全民阅读战略的提案》。提案内容包括以下几点:一是成立国家全民阅读指导委员会;二是设立国家全民阅读节;三是进行全民阅读立法;四是制定全民阅读规划;五是建立国家阅读基金。到3月7日下午为止,这份由邬书林委员作为第一提案人,教育部副部长李卫红委员,国家行政学院副院长周文彰委员,中国出版集团党组书记、副总裁王涛
For the first time, Wu Shulin, member of the CPPCC National Committee participating in the NPC and CPPCC sessions, came up with a Proposal on Formulating and Implementing a National Reading Strategy for All People. Proposals include the following: First, the establishment of the National Reading Steering Committee; the second is to establish a national reading festival; third is to read the legislation for the people; fourth is to develop a national reading plan; five is to establish a national reading fund.
