复合界面结合状态直接影响复合板整体质量,界面结合性为复合板质量评价的主要性能指标。为制定保证复合板界面实现良好结合的合理压下率,采用有限元软件ANSYS对压下率10%、30%、50%下的Q345R低合金钢/316L不锈钢复合板真空热轧复合成形过程进行了模拟,并对不同压下率下复合板厚度方向上的应力场、应变场的分布规律进行了分析,实现不同压下率下复合板界面结合性判定,制定合理压下规程,并进行试验验证。结果表明,当压下率<10%时,复合板界面结合处变形不稳定,无法实现良好的结合;随着压下率增大,复合板界面结合状态渐好;当压下率>50%时,复合板界面结合处应力比较均匀,变形稳定,应变分布均匀,变形协调性较好,能够实现良好的界面结合。
The bonding state of the composite interface directly affects the overall quality of the composite board, and the interface combination is the main performance index of the composite board quality evaluation. In order to make a reasonable reduction rate to ensure a good combination of the interface of the composite board, vacuum hot-rolling composite forming process of Q345R low alloy steel / 316L stainless steel clad plate with the reduction rates of 10%, 30% and 50% was carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS The simulation and the distribution of stress field and strain field in the thickness direction of the composite board under different reduction rates were analyzed to determine the interface combination at different reduction rates and establish a reasonable reduction schedule and test verification. The results show that when the reduction rate is less than 10%, the deformation at the interface of the composite plate is unstable and can not be well combined. As the reduction rate increases, the interfacial bonding state of the composite plate becomes better. When the reduction ratio is over 50% , The stress at the interface of the composite board is more uniform, the deformation is stable, the strain is evenly distributed and the deformation coordination is better, and the good interface combination can be achieved.
