近年来莨菪类药物临床应用日益广泛,本文就其临床新用途综述如下.1 呼吸系统陈令松等用阿托品1mg肌注,每6小时1次,治疗咯血41例,止血起效时间6±0.9小时,有效率为95.1%、张晓明用东莨菪碱0.3mg静注或0.6mg加入葡萄糖盐水中静滴.连用1～3天,治疗大咯血20例,结果用药1次出血即控制者6例,余咯血量也显著减少.孟磊等以东莨菪碱为主治疗肺性脑病62例.用法:东莨菪碱0.3～1.2mg/次,或1.5mg以上加入葡萄糖中静注或静滴,每日1～2次或多次,连用1～3天,结果临床控制10例,显效24例,好转25例,疗效优于对照组,病死率3.22%,低于对照组,并显示东莨菪碱能降低动脉血二氧化碳分压,促进甲皱微循环及肾功能异常的恢复.刘震远等用东莨菪碱抢救重症乙型脑炎呼衰14例,收到良好效果.用法:每次0.02～0.03mg/kg静注,每10～15分钟1次,一般用药2～3次后即可见效,以后逐渐延长间隔时间,直至呼吸明显改善.金成用山莨菪碱每日0.2～0.3mg/kg,分3次口服,45天为1疗程,同时合用硫酸亚铁治疗婴幼儿屏气发作9例,2个疗程后,治愈率44.4%,总有效率100%.
