为探索我市食物中毒发生的规律与特征,以便为有效地预防食物中毒提供科学依据,对黄山市1978~1997年食物中毒资料进行分析.1 材料与方法对黄山市1978~1997年的食物中毒统计报表,按照其发生时间、地点、责任单位、中毒食品、致病因素等进行归类分析.食物中毒诊断按 GB 14938—94“食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理原则”,确定114起,其中经流行病学调查、临床症状和实验室检查确诊的87起,经流行病学调查和临床症状确诊的23起.
