Recently, the Premier League Manchester United Club announced the fourth quarter and full year 2016 financial report. Earnings showed that Manchester United in FY16 total revenue of up to 515 million pounds, becoming the first to break into the “500 million club” Premiership team. Compared with FY15, Manchester United’s revenue increased by 36.3%. The earnings report split Manchester United’s revenue into three modules: business revenue, broadcast revenue and game day revenue, of which business revenue increased 30.4% from a year earlier to reach 268 million pounds. Spending, Manchester United staff costs this fiscal year 232 million British
