中国稀土开发公司和钢铁研究总院合作,成功地研制了ZK—O1型30kg级真空快淬炉,填补了国内空白,为我国真空快淬材料的发展开辟了广阔前景,具有重大的经济和社会效益。 该设备设计构思合理,技术难度大,自动化程度高,综合技术强,生产效率高,具有通用性。经过一段试车后证明完全达到或超过进口设备的技术指标。在调试期间生产出的快淬非晶、微晶材料,已达到国外同类产品的性能水平。该设备的制造成功,标志着我国已具有大批量生产非晶、微晶材料的能力。
