1现有控制系统的缺陷定柱式固定旋转起重机具有结构简单,造价低,操作维护简便等特点,是广泛用于我国内河港口的一种起重机械。其结构特点是主架(定柱)与混凝土基础固定,带有起重臂的旋转部分通过水平滚轮与主架下方圆形滚道摩擦接触,实现旋转运动。臂架与主架用钢丝绳绳索连接,改变绳索长度可以改变起重臂工作角度。笔者在平时安全检验中,发现许多这类起重机的电气控制系统过于简单,以至缺少必要的电气安全保护功能。如失压保护、零位保护、限位保护等,这将会给起重机的安全运行带来严重影响。其电气控制原理如图1所示。
1 defects of the existing control system Fixed column rotary rotating crane with simple structure, low cost, easy operation and maintenance and other characteristics, is widely used in China’s inland ports of a lifting machinery. The structural feature is that the main frame (fixed column) is fixed with the concrete foundation. The rotating part with the boom is in frictional contact with the circular raceway under the main frame through the horizontal roller to realize the rotational movement. The boom is connected to the rope ropes of the main frame. Changing the rope length can change the working angle of the boom. In the usual safety inspection, the author found that many of the crane’s electrical control systems are too simple and lack the necessary electrical safety protection. Such as loss of pressure protection, zero protection, limit protection, etc., which will have a serious impact on the safe operation of the crane. The electrical control principle shown in Figure 1.
