以钙调素（ＣａＭ）拮抗剂三氟拉嗪（ＴＦＰ）和环陈孢素Ａ（ＣｓＡ）为对照，观察抗ＣａＭ对淋巴细胞分泌ＩＦＮ－γ功能的影响，ＩＦＮ－γ水平用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定。结果表明，含抗ＣａＭ人血清和ＴＦＰ、ＣｓＡ－样，均可显著抑制人淋巴细胞分泌ＩＦＮ－γ，这可能是引起自身免疫病患者免疫功能紊乱的原因之一。 The effect of anti-CaM on the secretion of IFN-γ by lymphocytes was observed by using TFP and CsA as calmodulin (CaM) antagonists. The level of IFN-γ was measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA method. The results showed that both anti-CaM human serum and TFP and CsA-like, can significantly inhibit the secretion of IFN-γ by human lymphocytes, which may be one of the causes of immune dysfunction in patients with autoimmune diseases.
