近年来,美国的信息系统出现过两次大的互联网络瘫痪事件。人们开始感觉到在享受巨大科技成果的同时也开始感受到信息安全问题的重大威胁。信息产业作为国家信息化的六大要素,已引起人们的高度注意。据专家们测算,到2000年,成国的电子信息市场将达1万亿元,到2010年,这一数字将增加到6万亿元。世界舆论认为:在21世纪的中国将会成为世界最大的电子信息市场。由于信息化直接关系到我国的经济利益、国家主权和政治稳定,我们除了应在这方面加大投入力度之外,对于其中产生的安全问题也应予以高度重视。
In recent years, there have been two major Internet paralysis in the U.S. information system. People began to feel that while enjoying huge scientific and technological achievements, they also began to feel the major threat to information security. As the six major elements of national informatization, the information industry has drawn people’s attention. According to experts, by the year 2000, the electronic information market in the country will reach 1 trillion yuan, and by 2010 this figure will increase to 6 trillion yuan. World opinion holds that China in the 21st century will become the world’s largest electronic information market. Since informationization is directly related to China’s economic interests, national sovereignty and political stability, we should attach great importance to the security issues that arise in addition to increasing input in this regard.
