采用电化学渗氢的方法研究了加氢反应器简体钢2.25Cr1Mo中氢的扩散规律。试样的厚度低于3.5mm时随着厚度的增加,扩散系数D值增大;当厚度大于3.5mm后,D值稳定不变。实验测得温度与扩散系数的关系,可用于高温高压下运行的加氢反应器壁氢渗透测量中原子氢浓度分布的计算。
The hydrogen diffusion law of hydrogenation reactor simplified steel 2.25Cr1Mo was studied by electrochemical hydrogen permeation method. When the thickness of specimen is less than 3.5mm, the value of diffusion coefficient D increases with the increase of thickness. When the thickness is greater than 3.5mm, the value of D is stable. The relationship between the temperature and the diffusion coefficient is experimentally determined and can be used to calculate the atomic hydrogen concentration distribution in the wall hydrogen permeation measurement of the hydrogenation reactor operating at high temperature and pressure.
