氯离子的极谱法测定已有报导。为扩大应用范围,适应各种水质中氯离子的快速测定,消除水质中存在强氧化性盐的影响,在原方法基础上,引入了偶氮化合物,调整了底液组分。在现拟定的0.1M硝酸钾—0.01M硝酸—0.00004%甲基红底液条件下,氯离子于峰电位+0.1V处(对银电极)产生良好的氧化波。10ml测定体积中,0~400μg氯离子与相应的峰电流呈线性关系。回收率104%,对含量为31.7ppm的氯离子,相对标准偏差为6.6%(n=20)。 方法快速、稳定,已用于自来水,选矿中铜铅锌尾矿水等水质中氯离子的测定。
Polarographic determination of chloride ion has been reported. In order to expand the scope of application, adapt to the rapid determination of chloride ion in various water quality and eliminate the influence of strong oxidizing salt in water quality, azo compound was introduced and the composition of the bottom liquid was adjusted on the basis of the original method. In the present 0.1M potassium nitrate -0.01M nitric acid -0.00004% methyl red base liquid conditions, chloride ions at the peak potential of + 0.1V (for the silver electrode) produced good oxidation wave. In the 10 ml assay volume, there is a linear relationship between 0-400 μg chloride and the corresponding peak current. The recovery was 104%, with a relative standard deviation of 6.6% for chloride with 31.7 ppm (n = 20). The method is rapid and stable and has been applied to the determination of chloride in water quality of tap water, mineral processing copper, lead, zinc and tailings water.
