介绍了钢铁企业加热炉高温烟气余热回收、三通阀、炉体、保温材料、控制系统等改造工程,并通过单个工序节能量计算方法确定了该项目的年实际节能量。改造后,余热回收副产低压蒸汽发电,炉体系统提高了燃料的燃烧效率,降低了炉体的散热损失,项目每年可节约4 985 t标准煤,具有良好的节能效果。
The reconstruction project of high temperature flue gas waste heat recovery furnace, three-way valve, furnace body, thermal insulation material and control system was introduced in the iron and steel enterprises. The annual actual energy saving of the project was also determined through the calculation of energy saving in a single process. After the transformation, waste heat recovery by-product low-pressure steam power generation, the furnace system to improve the combustion efficiency of the fuel and reduce the furnace heat loss, the project can save 4 985 t standard coal a year, with good energy-saving effect.
