本文论述浮选柱在重晶石及萤石选矿中应用的试验研究。浮选柱已应用于两个不同浮选厂,与常现机械搅拌浮选机同时处理矿石。对一些参数包括:泡沫层厚度、冲洗水的添加、矿浆进料速度和充气量等进行测定。通过试验得到最佳参数,获得较好的浮选特性。试验结果表明,浮选柱有很广泛的通用性,优先分离效率高,尤其是对细粒矿石更优于常规浮选机。
This article discusses the experimental study of flotation column used in barite and fluorite beneficiation. Flotation column has been applied to two different flotation plants, and often appear mechanical mixing flotation machine at the same time dealing with ore. Some parameters include the thickness of the foam layer, the addition of flushing water, the feed rate of the slurry and the amount of aeration. The best parameters obtained through the experiment, to obtain better flotation properties. The test results show that the flotation column has a wide range of versatility, high priority for the separation efficiency, especially for fine ore is superior to conventional flotation machine.
