【目的】探讨矮小儿童生长激素激发试验过程中血清ghrelin与血清生长激素(growth hormone,GH)之间的关系。【方法】以57例青春期前的矮小儿童为研究对象,根据两种生长激素联合激发试验结果(左旋多巴和胰岛素)将矮小儿童分为生长激素缺乏(growth hormone deficiency,GHD)组和非生长激素缺乏(normal growth hormone,NGH)组,测定矮小儿童生长激素激发试验过程中0、30、60、90min的血清GH值和ghrelin值,进行对比及相关分析。【结果】1)GHD组与NGH组之间,虽然血清GH值差异明显,但两组间基线(0min)ghrelin值和ghrelin峰值之间差异均无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);2)不论是GHD组还是NGH组,基线ghrelin和基线GH之间,ghrelin峰值与GH峰值之间无相关(P>0.05);3)血清ghrelin值与身高、体重、BMI相关,其中体重是独立影响因素。【结论】本研究中矮小儿童血清ghrelin水平与GH之间无明显相关;虽然ghrelin具有很强的促进GH分泌的作用,但在调控GH分泌过程中并不起主要作用。
【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between serum ghrelin and growth hormone (GH) during the growth hormone challenge test in short children. 【Method】 Fifty-seven pre-adolescent children were enrolled in this study. The dwarf children were divided into growth hormone deficiency (GHD) group and non-growth group according to the combination of two growth hormone test (levodopa and insulin) The levels of serum GH and ghrelin at 0, 30, 60 and 90 min during growth hormone challenge test in short children were determined and compared with normal growth hormone (NGH). 【Results】 1) There was no significant difference between the baseline ghrelin values and ghrelin peak values (P> 0.05) between GHD group and NGH group, although the difference of serum GH was significant (P> 0.05) There was no correlation between peak ghrelin and peak GH (P> 0.05) between baseline ghrelin and baseline GH in both GHD and NGH groups. 3) Serum ghrelin values correlated with height, body weight and BMI, and body weight was an independent factor . 【Conclusion】 There was no significant correlation between serum ghrelin and GH in short and small children in this study. Although ghrelin has a strong role in promoting GH secretion, ghrelin does not play a major role in the regulation of GH secretion.
