一、前言在铁路机车制造中,各种连接螺栓为了适应露天作业的需要,很多都采用镀锌作为表面防腐蚀处理。然而镀锌后的高强度螺栓即使在较低的工作应力下,常有发生氢脆断裂的现象。这在很多文献中都已指出。但含碳量较低,塑性、韧性很好的螺栓镀锌后是否也存在这类断裂呢?本文仅就对韶山1型电力机车变压器器身与箱盖的联接螺栓的断裂分析,提出对只有冷加工成型而没有经过热处理,且螺栓存在一定的冷加工缺陷和残余应力时,如镀锌不当同样会产生氢脆断裂的事例。
