目的:通过对综合目标管理实践经验介绍,探索医院绩效管理方法。方法:采用科学方法建立和评价目标指标。结果:指标体系分为核心控制、社会效益、工作数量、质量控制、科室管理及科研六个维度。结论:推行综合目标管理对提高医院管理水平,调动员工积极性具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the method of hospital performance management through the introduction of practical experience of integrated target management. Method: Establish and evaluate the target index by scientific method. Results: The index system is divided into six dimensions: core control, social benefits, work quantity, quality control, department management and scientific research. Conclusion: The implementation of integrated goal management is of great importance to improve the management level of the hospital and mobilize the enthusiasm of staff.
