20碳钢管及现场过热器管经十八烷基胺处理后耐蚀性能显著提高。样品在汽相中成膜效果优于液相;温度在220℃左右成膜效果较理想;成膜效果随金属表面粗糙度增加而下降,表面有锈垢的过热器管处理后也有良好的成膜成果。
Corrosion resistance of 20 carbon steel tube and on-site superheater tube treated with octadecylamine was significantly improved. The film formation in the vapor phase is better than that in the liquid phase. The film formation effect is better at the temperature of about 220 ℃. The film formation effect decreases with the increase of the roughness of the metal surface. After the surface is superheated, Membrane results.
