1964～1993年,我院皮肤科和外科随访三年以上并做病理检查的黑色素瘤癌前病变患者64例,归类为10种。据有无恶变,分别做预防性切除和扩大切除,据告如下。
From 1964 to 1993, 64 cases of melanoma precancerous lesions were followed up for more than three years in our department of dermatology and surgery and were classified as 10 cases. According to whether or not malignant changes occurred, preventive resection and extended resection were performed, as reported below.
